By accessing or using TutorPAS, powered by PASLook (the "Service"), including our Chrome extension and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TutorPAS is an AI-powered educational platform that provides:

  • Text summarization and simplification
  • Concept explanations and doubt solving
  • Translation services (for Pro users)
  • Note-taking and formula storage
  • Study assistance for competitive exams

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes limited daily usage of summarization and explanation features.

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan offers unlimited access to all features, including translation, doubt solver, and priority support. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
  • Share Pro account access with non-subscribers
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful or inappropriate content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TutorPAS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (notes, summaries).

7. AI-Generated Content

The summaries, explanations, and other content generated by our AI are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Do not rely solely on AI content for critical decisions
  • Always verify important information from authoritative sources
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUTORPAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
