At TutorPAS, powered by PASLook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our Pro subscription plans.

2. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Refund request within 2 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues preventing you from using the service
  • Accidental duplicate payments
  • Unauthorized transactions (with verification)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Refund request after 2 days from purchase
  • Significant usage of Pro features before refund request
  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Subscription renewal charges (must cancel before renewal)
  • Violation of Terms of Service leading to account termination

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@paslook.com with subject line: "Refund Request"
  2. Include your Full Name, registered email address, Phone Number and transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days)
  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page:

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your Pro access will continue until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days within a paid period

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe you have a special circumstance that warrants a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us. We will review each case individually and make a fair decision.

7. Free Plan Users

The Free plan is offered at no cost and does not involve any payments. Therefore, no refunds apply to Free plan usage.
